A luxury wedding for a group of friends from Marseille — bespoke decoration at a stunning beachfront villa in Tabanan, live music band, fireworks display and DJ until 2am.
An exceptional villa in Tabanan
Just 1.5 hours from Bali’s tourist centre, in the Tabanan region in the southwest of the island, lies one of Bali’s most beautiful wedding venues. This 6-bedroom villa, nestled between the sea and the rice fields, features a large pool garden facing the Indian Ocean and the sunset, with a private path leading down to a secluded beach.
This wedding took over 18 months to organise. The decoration was divided into three zones: the entrance with a parasol-lined walkway and Balinese flags; the ceremony area with a 3x3m arch covered in white flowers on a white laminated floor; and the dinner area under a wooden structure draped in white voiles and fairy lights.

The ceremony & cocktail hour
At 4pm, the acoustic band struck up for the entrance of the bridesmaids and then the bride on her father’s arm. The ceremony included speeches, the exchange of vows and rings, and the signing of the wedding certificates. At 5:30pm, the bar opened with cocktails and canapés while the band created a more festive atmosphere.
Dinner, fireworks & DJ until dawn
Dinner opened with a traditional Balinese dance show, followed by heartfelt speeches from the couple’s friends. The evening ended in grand style: a Chinese lantern release, a spectacular fireworks display, the cutting of the cake, a video projection on a giant screen prepared by the groomsmen, and then our DJ kept the party going until 2am.
