08:00 AM: Setup & Decor
Our decor team arrives on-site to begin the installation and floral arrangements. We start by setting up the core structures, such as the wedding arch and lighting. To ensure the highest quality, we prepare the delicate floral displays in the shade to keep them fresh, only moving them into their final positions an hour before the ceremony to prevent wilting in the tropical sun.
11:00 AM: The Rehearsal
A rehearsal is a great way to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident. It involves the couple, bridesmaids, groomsmen, parents (if present), and your coordinator. We use this time to perfect the blocking, sync the entrance music, and build confidence. However, if you prefer a more natural and spontaneous approach, this step can be skipped.
12:00 PM: Lunch Break
A light lunch is essential before the long afternoon and evening festivities. We recommend staying hydrated and energized!
01:00 PM: Bridal Preparations
The hair and makeup artists, along with the photography and videography team, arrive at the bridal suite. While the bride gets ready with her bridesmaids, the photo team captures “detail shots” of the rings, shoes, dress, and invitations, as well as the overall atmosphere of the venue.
02:00 PM: Groom’s Arrival
The groom and groomsmen should be ready to welcome the first guests. Our team will be right there with you to assist with the hosting and coordination.
03:00 PM: Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks
Guests begin to arrive, either via private transport or our dedicated shuttle service. We open the bar immediately, serving refreshments and welcome drinks to keep everyone cool and comfortable while waiting for the ceremony to begin.
04:30 PM: Final Touches
The ceremony area is now fully decorated, and all flowers are in place. Our team begins ushering guests to their seats. Meanwhile, we finalize the setup for the dinner reception area. The bridal party is ready in their suite, and the groom and groomsmen take their places at the altar in anticipation of the processional.
04:45 PM: The Ceremony
The ceremony typically follows this structure:
-
The Processional: Music begins as the wedding party and bride make their grand entrance.
-
The Welcome: The officiant opens the ceremony with a few words of welcome.
-
The Speeches: Family members or close friends may share readings or short speeches.
-
The Vows: The couple exchanges their personal vows.
-
The Rings: Exchange of wedding bands and promises.
-
The Pronouncement: The officiant concludes: “I now pronounce you husband and wife!”
-
The Signing: The couple and witnesses sign the marriage certificate.
-
The Recessional: As the music plays, guests form an aisle for a celebratory rose petal toss.
05:30 PM: Photography Session
Immediately following the ceremony, we allow 5 to 10 minutes for you to share hugs and congratulations with your loved ones. We then proceed with group photos at the altar, followed by a large group shot. To wrap up the session, we take the couple away for romantic portraits during the iconic Bali “Golden Hour” sunset.
06:00 PM: Cocktail Hour
The bar reopens for signature cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The live band or DJ begins to play, creating a festive atmosphere while the couple finishes their sunset photos. The newlyweds then join their guests for the end of the cocktail hour.
07:30 PM – 12:00 AM: Dinner & Reception
1. The Wedding Feast (approx. 07:30 PM – 09:30 PM) Guests are invited to take their seats in the reception area.
-
The Grand Entrance: The couple makes a high-energy entrance to music, often accompanied by sparklers or smoke effects.
-
Dinner Service: A 3 or 4-course meal (or buffet) is served, featuring local or international gastronomy.
-
Toasts & Games: Speeches from parents and witnesses are interspersed with fun games or surprise video projections.
-
Atmosphere: Soft jazz or acoustic playlists provide a perfect backdrop for conversation.
2. Cake Cutting & First Dance (approx. 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
-
The Wedding Cake: The cake is brought out to music, often under the glow of sparklers.
-
Thank You Speech: A brief word from the couple to thank their guests and team.
-
The First Dance: The couple opens the dance floor with their chosen song.
3. The Party (Until Midnight or later)
-
The Dance Floor: The DJ or band ramps up the energy with a mix of wedding classics and modern hits.
-
Entertainment: This is the time for a bouquet toss, photo booths, or even late-night fireworks.
12:00 AM – 02:00 AM: Closing
A final song brings the remaining guests together for one last dance. Our transport services begin shuttling guests back to their villas or hotels. Our staff handles the cleanup and breakdown while the newlyweds head to their suite or continue the celebration privately into the morning.
