Decoration
The decoration team arrives on site to set up the decor and prepare the floral arrangements. We start by installing structures such as the arch and the lighting.
In the shade, we prepare the floral arrangements, keeping them cool. We install them an hour before the ceremony to stop the flowers from wilting.
Rehearsal
A rehearsal is available for more ease during the ceremony, but can be skipped for a more natural, improvised approach.
- With the couple, bridesmaids and groomsmen present
- Fine-tuning positions and timing the entrance music
- Building confidence before the ceremony
Lunch
A light lunch is essential before a long afternoon and evening. The bride's preparation can begin at 1pm.
Bride preparation
The hair and make-up team, as well as the photo and video team, have arrived. The bride retreats to her room with her bridesmaids.
The photo team starts taking shots of the venue, the decoration and the details: rings, shoes, dress, suits…
Groom preparation
The groom and groomsmen need to be ready to welcome guests as they arrive. We will also be there to help welcome them.
Guests arrive
Guests arrive, either by their own means or through our taxi service. While waiting for the ceremony, we open the bar and serve refreshments.

Cocktail hour
We open the bar and cocktails, and the band or DJ starts playing. Guests raise a toast while we finish photos with the newlyweds. The couple then join the guests.
